in the eyes of god
when the depth of my soul
is covered
can i see
when brokenness
has found me
does light shine through

when the darkness of clouds
fill the sky
and mountain seem to hard to climb

to light of salvation
to open up his word
to glory of his son
does light break through
like the tree of forest
does light sparkles through
